rehearsal SCHEDULE

Stage Crew is responsible for attending the following (dates to come!):

stage crew Assignments 

STAGE MANAGER:

  • Lead the Stage Crew and make sure everyone is completing their assignments

  • Run Stage Left during rehearsals and shows, helping to move and organize set pieces

  • Communicate with Mrs. Wronski, Carolyn, Alexis and Jalina. if there are any issues with cast or crew backstage

  • Make sure cast and crew are quiet backstage during rehearsals and performances

 

SOUND ASSISTANTS: 

  • Make sure all mics are working and prepped with batteries before rehearsals and performances

  • Hand out and collect microphones before and after shows and rehearsals

  • Play Sound FX recordings during rehearsals and performances

  • Running the sound board during rehearsals and performances

 

LIGHTING ASSISTANT: 

  • Help run the lighting board during rehearsals and performances

 

SPOTLIGHT: 

  • Operate the spotlight during rehearsals and performances

 

CURTAINS: 

  • Operate the red curtain during rehearsals and performances

 

PROPS: 

  • Set, organize, and collect props before, during, and after rehearsals and performances

  • Make sure cast members have their assigned props

  • Make sure all backstage props and costumes are only used by their assigned cast members

  • Help move scenery as needed

 

BACKSTAGE CREW / FRONT OF HOUSE: 

  • Make sure the stage / backstage is prepped and swept before rehearsals and performances

  • Move set pieces on and off stage during rehearsals and performances

  • Organize set pieces backstage during rehearsals and performances

  • Make sure stage is prepped after rehearsals and performances

 

  • Help prepare the lobby area before each performance

  • Serve as ushers before each performance (collect tickets and pass out programs)

  • Pass out Star-grams to cast & crew before each performance and during intermission

  • Help clean up lobby area and auditorium during intermission and after each show
